That does not work for tropical species.

Venomous snakes are not evil. Neither are cats. Big cats and venomous snakes are of course dangerous animals, but they are not evil. They are just trying to survive. Besides, both cats and venomous snakes are beneficial to humans, because many of them eat those rats. Rats are not evil either, but they can destroy crops and transmit diseases that are fatal to humans.
