I'm not sure I'm reading this right, so let me clarify first:

Your crested is shedding WEEKLY? The same gecko is shedding on a weekly basis?

Get thee to a vet. This is not normal, even in babies, weekly is way too soon and could be a sign of sickness. While I have not heard this as much in cresteds, in other species of geckos the end of life is often proceeded by a rapid series of sheds; say a monthly shedder sheds weekly to every few days and then passes. It *could* just be stress from having so many bad sheds so early on, but really, is it worth being wrong and taking a chance?

IMHO of course, but I would be heading straight to the vet.

Did you see my post below on BioMist, because of the added ingredients it can also help with some of the stress levels because it is more than just a shed product, but a conditioning product that can be used everyday, even more often. It is not a vet replacement though.
