The lizard in question is most deinately a Madagascar ground gecko (aka Pictus Gecko)(Paroedura pictus or now more commonly spelt Paroedura picta). This individual also has a regenerated tail. Your Pictus is one of the stiped variants, of which there are striped and banded individuals occuring naturally.
