>>A couple of years ago I saw some pics on your site of some Pueblan/Thayeri crosses. Do you have any more pics and are you still working with that project?

>>

>>I liked the look so much that I got two Pueblan females and a Thayeri male (MSP) to try and make my own. Alas, the project never panned out and my Thayeri is now just a pet. Is it hard to get these two species to breed, or is it just my bad luck that they're not interested? Anyway, I may try again next year.

Ya I'm no longer working with that cross. As long as you have the opposite sex of each species that you wanna cross, it's pretty easy. Just takes some patience.

Like with your Thayeri male it would be good to have a Thayeri female too for him to get excited about then when he is riding her introduce the female pueblan to the cage and switch the tails. Once the male is going for the pueblan you can pull out the female thayeri. He might still want to smell the thayeri so if he seems uninterested when you take the female thayeri out you might have to put her back.
