I'm curious how the outside enclose is going? plans? Pics? Thoughts?

I have a free roamer named Forest (aka Lizard) who comes in at night & when it's cold outside to sleep on a pillow in a warm bed, but for the most part, lives in the orange tree out back.

Let it also be known, when Lizard is over the heat, he knows where the AC is.........

We live close to you (Spring Hill) & I've found very few days when you cant find a cozy place for lizard to bask. Our climate is awesome but not a place for lizard to be, 24/7. Winters are a little cool some days.

Right now, Lizard is in his tree from 7am to 7 pm whenever he can get it. Temps are beautiful.

Another perk of our climate is the growing season. I don't know if you garden but being a lizard owner & living here, YOU SHOULD! We grow collards/kale in gallon buckets & line Lizard's chair with plants during the winter months. He grazes on them all day long (did I mention he's spoiled?) Fig trees grow well here & figs are a favorite snack of Forest's (& loquats)...plus the more we grow, the less I have to buy!

email me & you can come meet my grouchy old man (Forest) & my cute half (Mikey) & see Lizard's space.............

Terri
