Sort of, I do volunteer work for the Cheloian Reasurch Institute. And i dont think that is why he has wierd colors, because he was born outside and when i found him wondering around in the outdoor pen i noticed right then and there he had wierd coloring, and blue eyes. plus its not just like he has a faded coloring, it is pure white everywhere where he should be colored, including his feet, parts of his shell and even the bottom of his shell.
