Shame on you for not at bare minimum finding a care sheet before acquiring animals. I found some for you:

Without having read those myself, I'd guess that their feeding schedule would be similar to leopard geckos - daily for juveniles tapering off to every 3 days or so for adults. Juveniles probably get as many appropriately sized crickets as they'll eat, adults probably won't eat more than a few per feeding. That said, I haven't thoroughly researched viper geckos, so please read the care sheets I found for you - they'll be more accurate than me.
