Venomoid Implant size

Firstly, let me state that I am neither for nor against venomoids. I do not keep hots yet, but I am currently doing lots of research them before I make that commitment.

It seems to me that the size implant used on a baby gaboon viper would be different than the size of an adult's. So would a baby venomoid gaboon (or any baby venomoid) grow up to have a smaller looking head than a non altered adult?

Any input or opinions would be appreciated.
