Hello, my girlfriend got a Frilled Dragon almost a year ago, and it has had some very light colored yellowish crust that periosically forms around the mouth from time to time and seems to rub off him quite easily. We thought it may have been environmental issues and tried changing some things, but now the lizard seems to be getting worse, with these abseces or bumps forming on the tail and back leg. Not knowing if the animal has enjured itself or has some sort of issue we have put some triple antibiotic on the wounds in the meantime. The lizard has often liked to jump to the top of his enclosure and dangle from the screen which seems to have resulted in some loss of claws as well as shedding issues. So this little guy is a mess, and any information would be great. Also, I dont know if its a cause for alarm but the lately the substrate seems to have alot of these tiny gnat like creatures buzzing around and I figured they were something brought in with the crickets we keep near his enclosure but am not sure.
