Yes we are trying to find a good Herp Vet in the area, as we just found out the only one has recently stopped practicing. And she has indeed been soaking him alot lately, but Im scared the whole thing was started by maybe too much humidity. I believe this critter is Captive Bred, but I could be wrong. Also I think he is more of the New Guinea type because of the coloration seeming darker than normal. Anyway, thank you for the input!
