Desert torts are prone to the resp infections. Get it to the vet! I would also skip the romaine and go with more leafy greens. I had great luck with spring mix, dandelion greens, kale, mulberry leaves, hibiscus flowers and mixed veggies. Also always provided bermuda grass to graze on. I don't know where you live, but if you are in a cold climate, then try growing the grass in trays. My torts were always grazing more than anything else. Do you soak them regularly? Good luck with your guys.
