silk worms have less fat then crickets, crickets are 22% fat and silk worms are 10%
crickets are 11% protien and silk worms are 64% protien

silk worms are BY FAR extreamly more nutritious then crickets, i am sorry if these numbers arnt 100% accurate, beautiful dragon dot com isnt loading up so i cant pull my info from that, and i am pulling my info off another site. but i know for a fact that silk worms have significantly less fat and rediculiously more protien,

silk worms have an enzime in them that helps break down and prossess calicium in the body, they are WONDERFULL daily feeders as they also have ALOT of moisture in them. i think the only down side is mushy poop since there is less actual waist when digesting the silk worm.
