Beautiful G a atlantica!
We have covered one of the largest Canary Island Gallotia
species (Gallotia stehlini) to one of the smaller gallotia sub
species (Gallotia atlantica atlantica).

The stehlini occurs in the Grand Canaria Island and the small
G a atlanitca occur in the Fuerteventure Island. A second sub
species and cousin to the smaller G a atlantica is the G a
mohoratae which occur in the N. Lanzarote Island.
The mohoratae (not shown) is also small but not as colorful
as the G a atlantica.

Nino, my stehlini are pretty calm and really used to me so
I can pretty much take breeding pictures most anytime with
little effort.

John
