I have to say first that handling after feeding is just tempting fate. Many snakes won't regurge if handled after fed, untill they do. The handling isn't what makes them regurge it's the stress you put them through when handling them. She just hasn't gotten quite stressed enough to regurge. And it's very, very hard on a snakes body to recoup after regurging. Many snakes will even die after losing a meal, very common for anaconda's. Second alot of snakes will wander about after feeding for many reasons, possibly looking for more food, looking for the perfect place to rest to begin digesting their food, When appropriate size and right time of the year some will wander looking to mate. Now your original delema of her not growing shouldn't be a real issue or worry you unless she's not healthy. If she's healthy and getting plenty to eat. Some just aren't gonna grow the way others do. It's becoming quite a common accurance. If she has the appropriate muscle mass not skinny, has seen a vet to have fecal tests done to eliminate any parasites. She's fine.
