When I was a keeper at the National Zoo in Washington D.C. I kept a group of 6 adult Poison arrow frogs Dendrobates azureus in the Amazon Tree Boa exhibit. I had a trio of adult Amazons in there that were huge. They did great never had any problems. Before I did it at the Zoo I had successfully kept An Amazon Tree boa in a vivarium I had at home with a few different types of Poison arrow frogs. Both the snake and frogs flourished in the set up and the snake never bothered with them at all. The reason behind doing this was poison arrow frogs in the wild are not part of the Tree Boas diet especially with adults. The azureus at the zoo would climb on the snakes and they were fine. They don't have the Amazon Tree Boa exhibit anymore but when I went to visit about 6 months ago they added Dendrobates tinctorius to the Emerald Tree Boa exhibit and they looked great.
