ive have my little guy for about a month now, and i just noticed yesterday 5/13 about 3 small bumps that seem to be under the scale, if not the scale itself being elevated like it was "jammed" or something. im going to keep an eye on it but does anyone have any information/ should i take him to a vet?

ive taken him outside twice and only held him so i dont think its any external parasites, and i change his newspaper subtrate about 3 or 4 times a week at least. i dont know what it could be or what could be the cause/
