I don't know exactly what the name of the filters are, but you'd have to fill your tank at least 3/4 full, and it has a jet pump with a strong output and tube that sucks the water up and through a filter tray. It also fits into this tray that spans length-wise across your tank, and which then circulates the water through foam filters in the tray. The filters themselves are easily changed and quite cheap to buy.

I had three 5-6" turtles in such a setup and it kept it crystal clear.
