Eventually we would like to have a peacock day gecko, gold dust day gecko, neon day gecko or any similar species.

You probably already know since you're apparently doing the research for your lizard before you actually acquire it (not many people do that!), but don't expect to keep the day geckos with the leopard gecko--much different requirements between the two types.
