Here are my two cages for my 1.1 Saharan Uromastyx..they measure 36"x24"x17.5"..they are heated by a 50 watt basking bulb and a 26W 10.0 Exo-Terra Compact UVB to acheive 115'F-120'F basking temp, 100'F-105'F Hot Side Temp, and 86'F-94'F Cool side...These Cages are great!..only thing is i wish i had gotten the WHITE cages..as i think these are a bit to dark but it will have to do..also i think next time i will get the "fluorescent fixture" and ad a UVB Tube instead of a compact bulb...These cages have extra ventilation on the sides for the xsv heat..

So if anyone is going to get boaphile cages for their uromastyx i will make a list to make the best uromastyx specific boaphile cage.



Size-must be 17.5" tall...length is up to you and size of uromastyx you have

Color-White

Lights- Incandescent Fixture (ask to move a couple of extra inches to the left)..ask for 2 if your going to use compact bulb. If not add a fluorescent fixture.

***Extra Features-MUST HAVE EXTRA VENTILATION!** (if making order online you can find the extra ventilation on the ARBOREAL section)
