For the past week or so I've been trying to feed my horned lizard harvester ants but whenever I put a few in his cage he either runs away from them or closes his eyes when they come near him. I though maybe to many ants was overwhelming him so I tried just one ant at a time and he still got scared. I've also tried slowing the ants down by putting them into the fridge for a few minutes before feeding. what should I do?
