They seem to stress easily,but having them in a decent size tank helps.Anoles liketo have there own space,and usually the males take over the best basking area so having more than one basking light is also a plus,lots of hide areas and stuff to climb on.They eat most anything thats small and moves,as long as you have good uv lighting I wouldn't go crazy with the powder suppliments.If you have males and females together keep an eye out for eggs in the damper areas of the substrate.good luck.
