Hello all. I need to create a "CORRECT" habitat for American Bullfrog. This frog will be used for PUBLIC DISPLAY on education on invasive species. BUT To obtain State Permit to keep bullfrog ALIVE(current laws force euthanasia after each display), I have to have home enclosure as close to nature but still a secure tank.

There is currently 1 large juvenile and 1 small juvenile. The large one is recent wild caught and very stressed out. Because of the serious size difference I will maintain the little one separately until size is safe enough.

How LARGE should ADULT enclosure be? Would a 55 gal half & half tank work? I have only seen the adults in ponds..never knowing how deep of water the must have.

This project has been several months of red-tape(easier to buy a tiger in this state) but since these frogs will be here for life..might as well get it right.

Any tips?

Thanks in advance.

Billie
