Sometimes, infection can go up thru the lacrimal ducts and affect the eyes, forming caseous material that has to be removed.

SheŽll probably need an incision in the spectacle to drain that material and possibly some antibiotics.

Visit your local vet.

You probably keep your snake very well. These things just happen sometimes, no matter what, and they are usually no big deal. Just make sure you donŽt wait too long to treat it.
