I am 48 years old and haven't collected wild snakes since I was about 13 years old. Ive caught one wild mountain kingsnake in my lifetime at the Cobb Estate in Altadena California. I no longer live in California and am a Law Enforcement officer so I dont have time to go "herping". This is a large female Arizona moutain kingsnake that was inherited by a reptile dealer when the owner passed away.
