Hi everyone, new to the forum.

The title pretty much told the story, a newborn D. corais came to my backyard, I live in a very populated area of Texas, with a lot of dogs and cars, I know that they are endangered so I was wondering what are the legal steps for obtaining a permit for this guys, I really want to do this the right way and not just keep him "underwater"

Thanks everyone!
M.C.
