Doesn't really matter other than Rabbits tend to be more food than you need. I have 12 year old borneos that are 24lbs and live on one xlarge rat every other week or so. I only offer large prey after egg laying. You feed them too much, they get fat and get useless. However, if you feed them less frequently, or smaller rabbits (under 1lb) you should be fine.
