Looks like it's either a Barking Tree Frog or a Cuban Tree Frog. I'd say it looks more like a Cuban, they get a bit larger than other tree frogs in the states, although I'm not very familiar with either species (I'm going off info from my North American herp field guide). It seems the Cuban was introduced to Florida, while the Barking range includes more of the southeast, going from south Mississippi along the east coast up into North Carolina and possibly a bit of Kentucky.
