Personally, I use Mega Rays and have been very happy with them. Not so happy with some of the other brands. Avoid very cheap UVB - it's NOT worth it. If it's cheap, it's not providing what you need. I also strongly recommend getting a UVB meter (I have a Solarmeter 6.2) to monitor your lamps. Use the UV Guide website to find one that is reliable and has a good light spectrum (the wrong wavelengths of UVB are more harmful than helpful), then use the UVB meter to only replace it when you need to. The meter will pay for itself fairly soon.
