i was comming here to aske some info on rehabing my common and releasing him back in to the wild too. mine is fairly young he is about 3 inches and from what i was told less than a year old. my ex girlfirend had hime when we met and she was in the process of moving and so she left him at my house temporarly and now she is gone but the turtle remains. I really dont have a problem keeping him at this point (he is fairly low maintance) but i just cant imagin having him 15 years form now when he is huge. is there any advice i could get on preparing him to be release or do i just need to keep him since he has been captive for most of his life?
