Very well said! There are definitely pre-conceived ideas on what a reptile owner looks like because i was told at work, when one of my bosses found out about my snakes, that i looked so "normal" for being a snake enthusiast. Of course i asked her what she thought a snake owner looked liked, and she said "Definitely not you"! I was also called "The Girl with the creepy pets" by a number of co-workers.
