If your gecko is forsure a female, then introducing the same or opposite sex shouldn't usually be a problem. Keep an eye on them the first 24 to 48 hours. Usuaully you'll have your answer by then. Watch for agressive(blood) biting on the tail, limbs, head. At first, once introduced, they should square each other up by doing a bit of puffing and tail waving/wagging.
FOr two animals, just provide hiding places for each just incase they've gotten tired of each other.

You may also notice breeding going on too if you introduce the opposite sex. There is biting involved there too but not as agressive and more so of aimed on the back and neck area for submission.

Make sure both animals eat so there is no real levels of pecking order going on, especially when you aren't paying close attention to them. Pecking order takes place around the time when introduced, there will usually be one in charge(most likely your current leo) that eats first, drinks first, so on and for forth.
