For the most part this is true. Almost all albinos have very very poor eye sight or are blind. I have heard some with age get a little better sight but right now I have 3 yearlings and 1 2 year old and the yearlings have pretty little to no sight and the 2 year old can see a little bit. I can tell mainly from when I feed them, they just swing crazy like and bit at random places to try and get some food where the 2 year old can kind of see it and just has to try once or twice to accually get some of his food.

It doesnt really see to cause any problems other then its hard for them to find food but if you just feed them in the same side of the tank then they will get it or just feed them one at a time in a small container they can find the food easier.
