You need to raise his temps so there is a basking spot that is 90 degrees. Keep the dish of calcium in his cage he will lick it if he is not getting enough from the dusting. He don't need to be soaked daily that may affect his temps and metabolism. Some geckos do go on a cycle of not eating during the winter and that maybe what is happening this could last from a couple weeks to a couple months where they eat minimally. It is imporant for him to have a moist hide this helps him regulate his body temps and with shedding. The moist hide could be a container with shredded papertowels that are moistened daily, or a container with peat moss in it that is kept moist or a container with vermiculite that is kept moist. You also didn't mention if he had an undertank heater which is a must. Post a pic so we can see him that may help
