You are correct that the two albino forms are different, all of the offspring of a paradox to bell line albino will be normals looking and would be het for both(double hets). A snow is homozygous(visible)albino and axanthic at the same time. So if you breed a paradox snow to a paradox albino, you are in fact breeding two paradox albinos together and you will get all paradox albinos, however you also have an animal that is an axanthic, so all of your P.albinos babies will be het for axanthic. If the paradox alino was a het for axanthic you would also expect to see a snow or two in the litter. A fun breeding pair might be to have a paradox albino het for axanthic and an axanthic het for paradox ablino. With this pairing you could get normal, axanthic, paradox albinos and paradox snow, and you could see it all in one litter.
By the way, just as I explained the paradox ablino and snow above the axanthic would act the same way when bred to a snow, all babies would be axanthic etc, etc. Hope this makes sence. Steve ----- Steve Perry North Idaho.
