eating problems

hello my snapper is about a year and a half old, for the past three months he has not been eating well. he ate like an animal before but now just barely. i heve him on zoo med pellets, live fish, cray fish when possible(summer) and every now and again cold cut ham. Now he wont eat fish barley any pellets, and little ham. his lights are on from 7 am to 10 pm, he is in a 125 gallon tank plenty of cover and clean water. i have no idea what the problem could be any help would be great. thanks
