I accidentally clicked indigo forum, but saw your thread title and have the answer for you.
I have a friend who is LT. for FFWCC and emailed him a while ago about obtaining a D. corais couperi. They are so awesome!! Anyways, heres his response:
The Eastern Indigo snake is a threatened species here in FL; hence the
protection. If you were to obtain an E. Indigo from a lawful source
outside of FL, you would still need to obtain a special use permit from
our Tallahassee office, specifically from an Angela Williams 850 921
5990. Bert you would also need a lawful source of acquisition that you
purchased the E. Indigo from a lawful source.
Hope this helps. ----- 1.0 Albino American alligator, "Smoke"
