My little female was the hardest to get going.

For a while she would only take the pinks if they were in my hand (held between the thumb and forefinger).

She absolutely ignored them on tongs. It took a while to figure out she was cueing on on the heat from my fingertips. Now I just dip the heads in hot water and she nails them immediately.

Just out of curiosity - does any one know which zoos in the U.S. have them and if so, what locality are they from?
