Greetings All, I came across this GTP online, this 1.2 metre specimen was found at night in the middle of a rough road, adjacent to a freshwater swamp forest next to Lake Kutubu (altitude 835m), Southern Highlands Province, PNG.

Do any GTP's looking like this specimen exist in USA collections? I was told that back in the 1970's these types were brought into the USA, due to exports, while Indonesian GTP's were less commonly seen back then. I would be interested to see captive bred or animals like this one....if they exist.

Truly,

Paul Bodnar
