I observed copulation with my emeralds in mid decemeber, I only witnessed it once but there is no way for me to know how many times they bred without my knoweledge.....

My female has been refusing all food since I witnessed the lock up. The male has also lost interest in the female. But she looks puffy, someways she sits makes her look fuller than others, she has also been sitting on lower perches near the water and has got very shy. I used to pet her on the head a little each day and now if I touch her she moves to a different perch, so I havent touched her anymore but I have snapped these photos in the last 2 weeks.

Tell me what you think. Her head does appear flat too.

Thanks!
