You can come across this at any petstore that sells house geckos, or any other wild caught herp. While they could have treated them, their real fault is not informing you about the problems associated with wild caught reptiles as pets.

I suggest treating these lizards for internal parasites as well. Discuss this with your vet. Change the moss completely every 1-2 days; if they can go with a paper towel substrate then do so to avoid mites hiding away from the chemical treatments.

These guys should be kept in quarantine for a MINIMUM of one month before you add them to your community enclosure. I usually quarantine new animals for 6 months, and for wild caught animals, as long as one year. Parasites are only a small fragment of the many diseases that may be passed onto your previous pets.
