That tank is fine for a couple adults, way too big for 3 week old babies. I kept my baby crested geckos when I was breeding, in small dry storage containers I bought at the dollar store. These were about 12"x8"x4". I kept babies in these individually for several months (usually till I sold them at 3-4 months of age). These small containers are good till the gecko is 4-5" long (maybe a bit less, hard to remember now as its been a few years since I bred them and don't have any of the old containers lying around).

To be honest, buying 3 week old crested geckos isn't a good idea..at this age they are still very fragile. I would wait till they are at least 4 months old before buying. This way they are well established and have some size to them. (Unless you meant they are 3-4 months old to begin with and that was a typo in your post).

Also, since 3 weeks (or 3 months for that matter) crested geckos are very difficult to sex, even when comparing pore rows, as often they haven't developed fully at 3 weeks. Thus, it would be best to house them all separately till they are at least 9 months old. This ensures any males who are late bloomers can be accurately sexed. You don't want to have a couple of males together.
