Their first winter I didn't brumate them but fed them all winter. This last winter they more or less brumated themselves, seeking out the cooler spots in their habitats and not eating, but drinking water once in awhile. In February they began to wake up. The females woke up first, then one of the males, but the other male who I call my mini snake took longer.
