One of the rescue tag lines is "Opt to Adopt"

Perhaps something along the lines of
"Have you checked rescues for herps? Consider adoption". That may be more along the lines of TOS.

As you can see, the variety of animals through my doors is quite vast. Kingsnake is very supportive of rescue (this goes with out saying since I am the site coordinator) supporting them with rescue network, webhosting etc...
