If it is only a year old that is kind of strange for a female (normal for a one year old male). Adult females will go off feed, especially if they have good body weight and are gravid. Males will go off feed during the breeding season (they only have one thing on their mind). The longest I have had a healthy kenyan sand boa go off feed is ~7 months (it was an adult male).
