The color variations are basically different localities of frilled dragons. NG/New Guinea are grey with a yellow frill color (most common) then you have the aussies which have some red color to them and fetch a much higher price. I know someone who will have aussie babies available in sept/oct if you are willing to wait and they aren't going to be all that expensive considering what they are either. Otherwise you can easily find ads on the classifieds for babies. Coldbloodedcages sells babies too but I'm not sure he has any left.
