I love stories like yours - shows how tough these animals can be.

I had a similar event with a Lampropeltis mexicana mexicana. Couldn't find that thing in my truck for well over a month. Drove every day (frwy too), went to work, etc the entire time. Temps probabaly got 90-100 in there during some of those days.

One morning, I find the snake on the dash. It scrambled for the vent, but I nabbed it. Unbelievable. Snake was fine and fed that day.
