need help

hey everyone i have a ? im pretty sure this frog is going to die =[ and im not sure why or how it hapened i was at the creek yesterday and found a baby frog green frog or bulfrog not sure i was gonna put him in my pond once i get it going in the next week but decided i would just take him back to the creek tomorrow he has been doing fine was fine yesterday got home tonight and he was on land when it was usually in the water so i looked closer and it looks like he pooped his stomach out im not sure why or how this happened can anyone help ?
