I don't know how rare it is but it's very pretty! I'm not that well informed on Garters. I only have one Florida blue Eastern. But try scenting the pinks with some fish. That usually works pretty good. You may have to wash the mouse smell off first with a dab of soap and rinse all the soap off. Mybe some of the Garter Experts will chime in? Good Luck!
