snake in road in north east Ga. mostly black. some white showing through at bottom of sides. First thought was black rat. Then I saw faint blotches narrowly devided on back. blotches were about twice as long as wide. belly solid white or off white with black spots under tail. about 3 feet long. thought it was well out of black pines range
