I have reason to believe you can NOT "sell" any of those from a state they are native to.

Check with your Wildlife Resources in the state you live in. The Q? is.. do you live in a state either of those species are native to? That would be every "Coastal" state from Maine to Texas.. for the Diamondback Terrapin.
